1) I/We are registering my/our names for the above mentioned tour/s and are remitting the initial non-refundable deposit for the same. I/We will make the necessary payments as per the payment procedures in your rules and regulations. 2) I/ We have received, read and fully understood your tour brochure containing tour programmes and rules governing all aspects of the said tours. 3) I/ We have also read the Rules & Regulations in the brochure (as also printed overleaf) and shall abide by the same. 4) I am/ We are giving you the authority to book our air / other transport and accommodation on our behalf. Hence I am / we are ready to accept the rooms and seats given by the reservation offices of the concerned organisations and will pay the difference or take refunds if necessary. 5) 100% payment if passport is required earlier than the due date. 6) On tours time keeping is very important as there are restrictions by laws .Our tour leader will tell you timings and you will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors / service providers such as hotels, airlines etc. 7) You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time for departure and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so and the consequences shall be yours entirely. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc. 8) We will advice things allowed and not allowed on flights or to specific countries You shall not carry any item or object, the possession of which is forbidden by any laws, rules or regulations. Nor shall you violate any other laws, rules or regulations of the country in which you are travelling. 9) Should any tour participant misbehave or violate any laws, rules or regulations, intoxication due to liquor consumption we shall have the right to discontinue his / her participation and exclude him / her from the tour at his / her risk, cost and consequences. 10) Should we suffer any damage or liability on account of a tour participant's misbehavior and / or for losses caused to property of third party service providers, we shall be free to separately charge and recover our losses and expenses from him / her.
